Product Description

The agent is widely used in freshwater, seawater, high-degree saline and saturated saline drilling fluid. The total amount of dose in defoaming process is less, the speed of defoaming is faster and the time of antifoaming is longer. Its main features are as follows: Non-toxic, odorless, no pollution, high temperature resistance, good compatibility, easy to use. This product is also widely used in the process of fracturing fluid defoaming and the effect is excellent.
In the process of oil exploitation, chemical reaction leads to foam when air enters. At this time, the use of defoaming agent can effectively inhibit the generation of foam, and the increase of relative density will not lead to blowout. Defoaming agent is soluble in water, good stability, and can defoaming at high temperature.

Usage Method
The product can be added directly to the mud, or the desired amount of defoamer can be diluted to a solution of 1 ∶ 5 in clean cold water. The recommended dosage is about 0.5 to 1.5 ‰.
Packing & Storage
This product uses 25KG, 200KG plastic packaging or 200KG coated plastic iron bucket. The storage period is valid within one year at room temperature. Emulsion storage should be anti-freezing. Such as freezing to take heating after melting stir evenly, does not affect the use of defoaming agent effect.
