Characteristic
XPJ990 is a specially modified silicone system self-emulsifying defoamer, especially suitable for high temperature, acid and alkali or continuous defoaming and bubble suppression are required under the condition of shear force. With excellent heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance and chemical stability.
Product Application
It is widely used in acid extraction, alkali extraction process defoaming, such as drug extraction, humic acid extraction; Metal cutting fluid, acrylic emulsion, PU coating glue, water-based cutting fluid, water-soluble photographic resin version developer, fiber processing, dyeing processing,treatment fluid defoaming; Aluminum oxide production process aluminum alkali solution defoaming under harsh environment of strong acid and alkali.

Application Method
This product generally does not need dilution. If you need to dilute, please use clean cold water after mixing and dispersing, the reference dosage is 50-500ppm; The optimum amount of additive is determined by test.

This product is packed in 50KG, 200KG plastic drum or 200KG galvanized iron drum.
The storage period is valid within one year at room temperature.
