Product Description
XPJ130 is a high-efficient silicone defoamer designed for special pulping process foaming characteristics.XPJ130 is easily soluble in water and has a wide range of acid and alkali resistance, The product can not only quickly eliminate the foam caused by lignin and other surfactants, but also accelerate the dehydration process and improve the pulp washing effect, reduce the water consumption and the amount of bleaching chemicals, XPJ130 doesn’t produce silicon residue and silicone gel, even at 95℃ high temperature, it doesn’t produce any post-pollution;so it’s helpful to improve pulp quality and achieve higher profits, more environmentally friendly pulp production;It’s widely used in the papermaking black liquor,and the production of sulfite bleached wood pulp, reed pulp, alkaline rice straw pulp and wheat straw pulp.

Product Application

Usage Method
It can be directly added into the head groove of pulp washer through metering pump, and we can also add it to the outlet of CX sieve pulp machine.
The consumption of foam control agents for dry pulp is about 0.1-0.3 KG per ton.
Packing & Storage
25KG/50KG/200KG plastic bucket, or 1 ton IBC container.
Shelf Life & Storage & Transportation
The product should be stored at room temperature(5℃-40℃)，and be protected against being frozen,The bucket or the container shall be sealed to avoid harmful bacteria pollution.
The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture
This product is not subject to dangerous chemicals,so it can be transported as Non-dangerous chemicals.
