Product Application

This product is a kind of high-efficiency defoaming agent, which is refined by special process with various defoaming active substances according to the foaming characteristics of cyanide gold extraction industry. It has remarkable defoaming effect on foaming cyanogen (gold and silver concentrate), oil, 2# or 11# oil and pulp containing high carbon sulfur and arsenic. It has excellent inhibition and defoaming effect on the foams produced by zinc conversion process and carbon pulp gold extraction process. Improve cyanidation working conditions. Better economic and technical indexes can be obtained by eliminating the phenomenon of caving and increasing the leaching rate. It is also widely used in copper and sulfur concentrate flotation process and other mining production defoaming.

Application Method

Please stir properly before use. In the process of cyanidation, add a theoretical amount of 1‰ defoaming agent from the ore inlet first to eliminate the foam generated in the tank, and then use a small amount of regular flow add way to add, to achieve economic defoaming and bubble suppression effect, reduce consumption. The recommended amount is 0.5-1‰.

Packaging Stored

This product is packed in 200KG galvanized iron drum.

The storage period is valid within one year at room temperature.
