Product Introduction
XPJ995 is a kind of wetting defoamer used in latex industry or water-based dip coating. They are acetylene glycol modified defoamer. The product has excellent foam breaking ability that can control the foam produced by surfactant and remove microbubbles.

Characteristic
Adding XPJ995 to the glue bath will eliminate the foam caused by stabilizer in the glue liquid, and reduce the surface tension of the glue liquid, and enhance the migration power of latex to the surface of the mold,effectively cover the surface of the die, greatly reduce pinhole, duck webbing and other phenomena, so that the product thickness uniformity, pass rate can be improved. XPJ995 is used in water – based industrial protective coatings for immersion coating, can provide very good bubble breaking force and foam suppression ability, can be compatible with a variety of resins, reduce the pinhole and fisheye phenomenon of the coating film on the workpiece; In the coating production，there will be no obvious loss of defoaming ability during storage.

Usage Method
Add directly in the stirred state, it is recommended to stir XPJ995 properly before adding; It is recommended to add 0.1-0.5%, preferably with a gradient test to determine the best dosage.
Packing & Storage
Use 25L/200L plastic drum this product should be placed in a dry, cool, ventilated place sealed room temperature storage, away from fire source.
