Product Description
XPJ910 is a 100% active liquid defoamer developed specifically for emulsion adhesives, optimizing in terms of high efficacy, durability and compatibility. It has also been proved to be effective in curtain coating applications. Main Features: 1: Broad spectrum: XPJ910 has better defoaming effect in all kinds of emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive, paint and ink. 2: Compatibility: XPJ910 has very good compatibility and will not produce oil floral and fish eye in transparent film. 3: Persistence: XPJ910 is valid not only during storage, but also under continuous pumping conditions. This product is suitable for acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, vinyl acetate, styrene-acrylate, copolymer and other emulsified coatings, resins, adhesives. It can also be used in defoaming processes such as detergent, agricultural spray and sewage treatment.

Product Application
This product is suitable for acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, acrylic vinegar, styrene acrylic, copolymer and other emulsion coatings, resins, adhesives. Can also be used in detergent, agricultural spray, sewage treatment and other defoaming process.

Usage Method
In the coating formula, add 0.2-0.5% to 100KG coating can effectively defoaming. It can be added directly or diluted with water, with half added before the pigment is ground to inhibit foam formation, and the rest is added during paint preparation. This product can be added directly without prior dilution with water. The common dosage is 0.03-0.5%, and the sewage treatment is 10-200ppm.
Packing & Storage
This product is not dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable, according to the general chemical transport. Store sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors for two years.
