XPJ970 Oil PHase Silicone Oil Defoamer for Pulping
Product Introduction
XPJ970 is an oil pHase silicone defoamer designed for pulping process. Since the product system does not contain water, it is especially suitable for winter pulp mill. The product can quickly eliminate the foam produced by lignin and other surfactants, accelerate the dehydration process and improve the washing effect of pulp. The product has good solubility with black liquor and does not produce floating and aggregation of silica gel. Improving the quality of pulp is helpful to achieve higher profit and more environmentally friendly pulp production. It is widely used in sulfite bleaching needle, broad-leaved wood pulp, reed pulp, alkaline straw pulp and wheat straw pulp production process defoaming; It is also applicable to the pulp technology of chemical fiber pulp.

Usage Method
The product is directly added to the head channel of the slurry washing machine with a metering pump, and can also be added to the outlet of the CX screen slurry machine. The consumption of dry slurry is about 0.1-0.3kg per ton.
Packing & Storage
This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. According to the storage of non-dangerous chemicals under normal temperature storage period within two years.
