Product Description
XPJ950 is a kind of polyether compound defoamer for flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants. It is composed of special organic compounds and modified silicone. It mainly inhibits flue gas from producing a large amount of foam during washing by limestone slurry in the absorption tower of wet desulfurization system and prevents the inlet of absorption tower from accumulating ash. The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, chemical stability, nonflammable, non-explosive; The utility model has the characteristics of strong hydropHobicity, long-lasting foam inhibition and rapid bubble breaking. It has good solubility with aqueous pHase system, no demulsification and bleaching oil, and no secondary pollution. Also, it is widely used in petrochemical sewage, papermaking sewage, leather sewage and chemical cleaning and other foaming systems.

Usage Method
Can dilute or add the original liquid, with a metering pump will be injected into the absorption tower defoaming agent. The dosage should be determined according to the experiment.The general addition amount is 10-100ppm; The optimum amount of additive is determined by test.
