Product Description
XPJ920 is a highly emulsifiable liquid defoamer, especially suitable for low viscosity pigment-free coating system and emulsion polymerization process. XPJ920 is used as a rapid emulsifying defoamer in pigment containing system. Because of good solubility, it can be added at any stage of paint production; It can be dispersed in aqueous solution or organic solvent; It can be used in the process of polymer emulsion synthesis to avoid bubble formation; A good effect can be achieved by adding PVA in aqueous solution and monomer degassing of emulsion polymerization.

Usage Method
Finished paint is generally added for 0.1-0.5%, when necessary, the amount can be increased to 1%; If the pigment needs to disperse at high speed, it is recommended to add can in the paint blending stage. To improve defoaming efficiency.
Packing & Storage
This product is packed in 25KG plastic drum or 200KG inner coated iron drum.
The storage period is valid within one year at room temperature.
