Product Introduction
XPJ900 is mainly designed for fermentation industry and has been improved many times based on user feedback. Now, it is a mature, cheap and competitive polyether defoamer. Due to the use of special demetallization and salt ion refining process, it has the advantages of lower pHysiological toxicity ,odorlessness than the same kind of products and 5-10% less than the common polyether.

XPJ900 is a specially mature, practical and low cost, competitive polyether defoaming agent. Because of the use of special metal removal and salt ion refining process production, so it has lower physiological toxicity than similar products, and compared with the ordinary polyether to save 5-10% and other advantages.
Product Application
Products are mainly used in citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, aureomycin, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, rifampicin, lysine, avermectin,defoamer in the fermentation process of enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast, long-chain diacid, etc. It can also be applied to the production process of many chemical products.

Usage Method
It can be combined with the basic material for disinfection, and can also be divided into the tank at the later stage. The general usage is about 0.3-0.5‰, which can meet the elimination of the whole fermentation cycle bubble is required.
Packing & Storage
This product is packed with 200KG galvanized iron drum, stored indoors, away from fire source, normal temperature storage period for two years.
