XPJ260 Acid-resistant Silicone Defoamer
Product Description
This product is specially designed for defoaming process of acid system in chemical production process. It has outstanding acid resistance, less consumption, good defoaming performance, wide temperature range, and does not affect the properties of defoamer. It is widely used in desulfurization process, intermediate reaction of dyestuff manufacture, neutralization reaction, latex degassing and acid sewage treatment system. It is also used in flotation of various metallic ores, such as potash flotation, bauxite production and pHospHate production, as well as in many chemical reaction and synthetic processes.

Product Application
Widely used in desulfurization process, dye manufacturing intermediates reaction, neutralization reaction, latex degassing, acid sewage treatment system, but also used in potassium salt float in mineral processing, bauxite production, phosphate production and other metal ore flotation operations and many chemical reactions and synthesis processes, water phase system defoaming.

Usage Method
It can be added directly, or diluted into 1 ∶ 5 solution with foaming liquid or clean cold water. The recommended dosage is about 0.5-1.5‰
Packing & Storage
This product uses 25KG, 200KG plastic packaging or 200KG coated plastic iron bucket. The storage period is valid within one year at room temperature. Emulsion storage should be anti-freezing! If frozen, take heating after melting, stir evenly, it does not affect the use effect of defoaming agent.
