This product is mainly aimed at foaming characteristics and printing and dyeing process of textile size in textile industry(below 80 ℃ ). XPJ220 defoamer has good stability and good compatibility with slurry. Weak anionic emulsion can be made according to the requirements of customers. It is widely used in acrylic textile sizing, polyester sizing, high-speed textile sizing, medium temperature printing and dyeing, binder production and other water-based industrial production processes. It is a high cost-effective textile defoamer in the domestic market at present.

Usage Method

This product can be used in dilute release, according to 1 ∶ 5 left and right system. General use of 100-1000ppm. Used in textile pulp, generally add about 1-2.5‰, can meet the requirements of long-term storage and defoaming effect unchanged.
