Product Description
XPJ180 is a silicone defoamer designed for PVC production. It is the most economical defoamer for PVC production. This product has the characteristics of quick defoaming, low consumption, high temperature resistance, shear resistance, pressure resistance and so on. XPJ180 is the most effective product for high quality PVC industry because it breaks through the technical problem of bleaching and demulsifying easily after dilution of ordinary defoamer. The product is suitable for the process of recovering unreacted VCM after suspension and emulsion polymerization. Its good defoaming property and antifoaming property make the whole recovery process eliminate and restrain the formation of foam effectively, and increase the desorption speed of PVC resin VCM, reduce the content of residual VCM in PVC resin.

Product Application

Usage Method
The metering pump can be used to transport to the polymerization kettle in the field condition of the basic process. The basic dosage is suggested to be 0.01-0.5%, and the optimal dosage is determined by gradient test
Packing & Storage
This product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drum. Store at room temperature, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, because the product contains water, must prevent freezing.
