Product Introduction
XPJ180HS is a kind of polyether modified silicone emulsion defoamer designed for PVC production. It is the most economical defoamer for PVC production. This product has the characteristics of fast defoaming, saving dosage, high temperature resistance, shear resistance, pressure resistance, etc. XPJ180HS completely breaks through the technical problems of bleached oil and demulsification after dilution of ordinary defoaming agent, and it is the most effective product suitable for high-quality PVC industrial production. The product is suitable for suspension and recovery of unreacted VCM after termination of emulsion polymerization, its good defoaming performance and foam inhibition, so that the whole recovery process effectively eliminate and inhibit the generation of foam, and can improve the desorption rate of VCM in PVC resin, also can reduce the content of residual VCM in PVC resin

Application method
XPJ180HS can be added directly or added after dilution, the dosage is 0.5-1 per ten-thousandth, the actual amount depends on the foaming system.
Packing & Storage
This product is packed in 200L drum or 1000L IBC drum. According to the storage and transportation of non-hazardous chemicals,Shelf life is 12 months for unopened packaging at room temperatures;It should pay attention to anti-freezing.
