Product Introduction
A large amount of foam is generated in the production of microbiology fermentation and medicine industry, which causes low efficiency in fermentation. we aimed to remove the foams in the medicine and fermentation process.
XPJ780 is a high efficient silicon polyether composite defoamer speically designed for the microbiology fermentation and medicine industry. It is refined from special easily dispersed silicon polyether and multifunctional polyether under specific conditions. The product has superior foam suppression performance and can meet the requirements of foam control in the whole fermentation cycle. Compared with general polyether antifoaming agent, it can save 5-20% amount of usage.

Product Application
It is widely used in lysine, lincomycin, gentamicin, avermectin, taimycin, lovastatin, citric acid, penicillin, erythromycin, neomycin, oxytetracycline,VB12, VB2, erythritol, oligosaccharides, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, ganoderma lucidum powder, cephalosporum powder, yeast and many other fermentation processes.

Usage Method
Add directly in the base material; Can also be divided in the late filler into the tank; Usage is about 0.3-0.5%.

This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or coated with plastic iron drum. According to the storage of non-dangerous chemicals at normal temperature storage period within two years, indoor storage.
